The Latnensky Elevator has a storage capacity of 90,000 tons of grain. The elevator’s infrastructure includes 4 grain storage sections with a total capacity of 70,000 tons of grain, a grain receiving station with a capacity of 20,000 tons, and warehouses for the ground storage of grain. A mill came into operation in August 2002 and can process up to 600 tons of grain per month. Flour production makes up 74% of the output.
A new mill complex was opened in December 2004 with a processing capacity of up to 1200 tons of grain per month. In summer 2005, reconstruction of elevator reception areas was completed, a strain-gauge balance was constructed and new lab equipment (Infratec) was installed.
