JSC Kuban Bread (Timashevsky Grain Production Plant) (Krasnodar region)
JSC Kuban Bread stems from distant 30th years when the first collective farms required reliable storage of grown grain, and the Timashevsky point "Zagotzerno", formed in 1930, could accept 1,2 thousand tons of grain for storing. It is the foundation on which JSC Kuban Bread firmly rests, works and meets the third millennium. Over these years JSC Kuban Bread has develop into a diversified enterprise. At present JSC Kuban Bread is the base enterprise of Timashevsky area for performance of federal and regional Programs for manufacture of wide agro-industrial production assortment. Today JSC Kuban Bread is the leading manufacturer of mixed fodders in the territory.
The enterprise produces mixed fodders for pigs, poultry, cattle - bulk and granulated fodders. JSC Kuban Bread offers services in storage of grain (wheat, barley, corn, etc.) and sunflower seeds. The main potential of the enterprise - highly skilled labour collective which constantly works at increase in volumes of manufacture. For these years reconstruction and building of new shops were implemented, new technological lines were introduced into manufacture, the computerisation of manufacture basis cycles was performed. The total number of workers at the enterprise makes 270 people, and all of them are provided with normal working and rest conditions.
The enterprise's structure includes:
• a factory for manufacture of mixed fodders at productivity of 500 tons a day;
• a mill at productivity of 150 tons of grain a day;
• granaries (an elevator LV 4õ175, warehouses) the total storage capacity of 100,3 thousand tons;
The industrial complex has developed infrastructure including transport ways (highways, tracks). In the enterprise's territory there are available: a warehouse of agrarian type for placing of equipment for any manufacture, a ready building site for building and shop installation on processing of sunflowers, soya beans, rape. There is also an area of 14,4 hectares.
