Rusgrain Holding is among the Russian market leaders for the production and provessing of agricultural goods.
Rusgrain Holding manages a wide variety of agricultural enterprises, including:
- Russian Grain
- Three Grain Production Plants: Tikhoretsy GPP, Urbachsky GPP, Kuban Bread
- Two grain elevators: Latnensky Elevator and the Tulinovsky Elevator
- Eleven agricultural enterprises
The total production capacities available to Rusgrain Holding permit the storage of over 450 thousand tons of grain and oil bearing grain cultures, the production of more than 190 thousand tons of flour, 55 thousand tons of cereals and 385 thousand tons of mixed fodder per year.
The current volume of grain manufacture is 200,000 tons per year. The total livestock count consists of 3,500, over 1000 head of sheep, responsible for the production of 2500 tons of milk per year.
The total area of Rusgrain’s holdings is more than 87,000 hectares of prime black earth land in the Voronezhh, Rostov and Omsk regions
Rusgrain Holding has published consolidated financial statements prepared according to ISFR since 2004 in partnership with Deloitte and Touche (2004) and KPMG (2005 - 2007).
Agroholding proceeds for 2007 have exceeded USD 95 m, EBITDA - USD 7 m.
