Rusgrain Holding — production and processing of agricultural goods
Rusgrain Holding OJSC holds one of the leading positions in the Russian market for production and processing of agricultural and poultry & egg products. The group of companies managed by Rusgrain Holding OJSC comprises:
- Russian Grain (management company).
- Four Grain Production Plants: Tikhoretsy GPP, Urbachsky GPP, Kuban Bread, Ufimskiy GPP.
- Two grain elevators: Latnensky Elevator and the Tulinovsky Elevator.
- Ten agricultural enterprises.
- Seven poultry farms.
Total agricultural land area managed by Rusgrain Holding exceeds 87,000 hectares of chernozem lands (in Voronezh Region, Rostov Region, and Omsk Region), whereof 30 thousand ha are owned by the Company. The existing agricultural assets enable production of up to 200 thousand tons of grain crops per year. The aggregate production capacity of Rusgrain Holding OJSC allows it to store at once over 500 thousand tons of grain crops and oil-yielding crops, as well as to produce over 350 thousand tons of flour, 55 thousand tons of groats, and 385 thousand tons of mixed fodder per year. Poultry production capacities of Rusgrain Holding OJSC consist of the enterprises located in Bashkiria and Volgograd Region, which produced over 740 million eggs (about 2.2% of Russia’s total) and over 27 thousand tons of broiler meat (about 1% of Russia’s total). The company’s share in the Bashkirian poultry market is around 29%, in the egg market – about 49%.
